Welcome to the Compass Group Romania website (the “Website”), operated by Compass Marketing Real Estate SRL (the “Company” or the “Group”). This document (the “Website Terms” or “Terms of Use”) governs the use of the Website and its contents, as distinguished from the Privacy Policy governing personal data collection and processing (see Privacy Policy at compassgroup.ro/privacy-policy).

Browsing the Website and/or using its services constitutes your full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, in whole or in part, you must refrain from further use of the Website.

These Terms are drafted in the masculine form solely for convenience, and apply equally to all genders.

4. Marketing Content, Renderings, and Floor Plans Disclaimer

The Content presented on the Website—including project descriptions, unit/villa floor plans, renderings, product specifications, prices, and project timelines—is provided for illustrative purposes only, and does not constitute a binding offer, professional advice, investment advice, appraisal opinion, or an undertaking of any kind. Furniture, kitchen cabinetry, sanitary ware, window and door openings, shades, and finishes displayed in renderings are for illustrative purposes only and are non-binding. Dimensions shown are pre-plaster and/or pre-cladding dimensions. The Company shall be bound solely by executed purchase agreements, technical specifications, and purchase plans actually signed, together with their annexes. Errors and omissions excepted (E.&O.E.).
