For illustration only. The interest rate, exchange rate and loan terms are set by the bank, and any mortgage is subject to its approval. The price includes VAT, purchase tax, notary and lawyer fees.

RULES, NOT PROMISES

The calculator tests you against the rules of the National Bank of Romania, not against what suits us. For a borrower who earns in a different currency, the repayment is capped at a share of income, and that determines the loan amount. The final figure is set by the bank, after it reviews your payslips or tax assessments.
